Formerly known as Torna a Surriento, the upcoming series Ciao rakas (Ciao, my love) is soon set to launch in Finland. The warm-hearted dramedy wrapped shooting in August and is now in the online stage of post-production.
The series is produced by Whatever Pictures in co-production with Italy’s Viola Film, Norway’s Rein Film and in collaboration with Iceland’s drama power house Glassriver, and will be distributed internationally by Norse Key Distribution — the newly established company founded by former YLE executive Maria Kivinen.
With its cross-cultural charm and Mediterranean spirit, Ciao rakas marks another exciting step in Whatever Pictures’ growing international slate.
